What happens after I confirm

Updated over a week ago

We recommend rechecking with the operator of your offer in the chat (available in every offer) if the offer is still available. As the market is getting dynamic, the offers are sold out rather quickly. Re-checking the availability directly with the operator will save you time if the selected offer appears unavailable.

The next steps are as follows if you are willing to confirm a flight:

  1. You click "Confirm" on the offer.

  2. Next, you will be asked to pay 4,2% OPES JET service fee (bank commission included).

The operator receives a confirmation of your booking and you get the direct contacts of the operator visible on the booked flight in your App.

  3. Then the Operator uploads the Charter agreement for you to sign - > you sign it and upload it in the app

  4. You get an invoice in the app - > pay it and hit the button"I've paid" -> operator receives the money and confirms the receipt of the money. Some operators ask for the Proof of payment to speed up the confirmation process, so you can upload the Proof of Payment in "Other documents".

  5. The operator starts preparing the flight, asks you for the passengers' documents and catering wishes, and after their processing sends you the Flight briefing.

Useful Tip: Even if the booked offer turns out to be unavailable after you paid our service fee (it happens so during high seasons or if the offer expired), you do not lose a cent. The paid amount will be either used to pay the service fee for another booking or, if no offer suits you, fully refunded to your card.
