The Embraer Legacy 500 is a midsize business jet designed and manufactured by Embraer, a Brazilian aerospace company. It can accommodate up to 12 passengers and two crew members and has a range of up to 3,125 nautical miles (5,788 km).
The Legacy 500 features a spacious and modern cabin, with a flat floor and a generous baggage compartment. The cabin can be configured with various seating options, including a three-zone configuration with a divan, a club seating arrangement, or a conference table.
The cabin also features large windows, an advanced in-flight entertainment system, and a full galley.
The aircraft is equipped with two Honeywell HTF7500E turbofan engines, which provide 6,540 pounds of thrust each. The engines are designed to be fuel-efficient and produce lower emissions, while also providing the aircraft with excellent performance capabilities.
The cockpit of the Legacy 500 is equipped with the latest avionics and technology, including the Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion flight deck, which features large displays and intuitive touch-screen controls. The aircraft also features advanced safety systems, including fly-by-wire technology and an advanced flight management system.
Embraer has since introduced an updated version of the Legacy 500, called the Legacy 500E, which features enhanced performance, updated avionics, and a redesigned cabin.
