As a first-time user of our App, unlock your account first by completing the payment of our symbolic Retainer Fee. Once paid, we will remove your restrictions and your Flight Requests will be added to our charter marketplace where it can be viewed by the entire Private Aviation Network.

OPES JET is an exclusive, by invitation only, private jet charter marketplace. When we accept a new member from our waiting list, we grant them a provisional membership to our private jet booking platform, while those who enter by invitation by a full member enter with inherent trust.
To ensure the authenticity of our provisional members and their charter requests, we've introduced a one-time retainer fee for the symbolic amount. To reciprocate this trust, we immediately reimburse the retainer fee in the form of OPES Tokens (store credit), which can be used to offset our 4% service fee on the next successful booking.

Now that you have a grasp on what to expect from the market, and you have made a pre-selection of some preliminary offers, we can move forward with securing bookable offers directly from suitable operators. These offers have been reviewed by operators and can be instantly booked on our platform. Please note that all charter offers have a first-come, first-served basis, so if you find an offer that you like, you're encouraged to express your interest quickly to avoid losing it. The private jet charter market is a seasonal market, so especially during the summer period, aircraft availability and prices can change quite rapidly.

Once you've found the charter offer you really wish to book, you can initiate the booking process on our platform. Simply click the "book now" button on the offer of choice and pay the corresponding service fee. You can pay our fees using most credit cards, Apple Pay, or even by spending "OPES Tokens" (our internal currency) you had been awarded, or had purchased before.

After paying the service fee, the booking process is started automatically. The chosen operator receives a notification of your interest, along with your billing information to prepare the charter agreement and invoice.

The charter agreement is uploaded into the app, and you can access and sign this agreement directly in-app, while on the go, saving time and paper.

Different operators will offer different payment methods. Not everyone will accept all credit cards, and the processing fees may vary greatly between operators. The majority of operators will accept bank- or wire transfers without additional processing fees.

You can immediately begin to upload the necessary travel documents for your passengers and pets.
Our team will assist you to handle any details regarding VIP catering and transportation. Many operators might not have a dedicated team equipped to handle the needs of (U)HNWI's, which is why OPES JET will also assist your operator to avoid any oversights in the preparation of your flight.
