Ensuring Smooth Travel for Visa Waiver Program Passengers with OPES JET

Updated over a week ago

To ensure a hassle-free arrival of Visa Waiver Program (VWP) passengers, carriers are required to have an existing agreement with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

At OPES JET, we do not maintain any records from past flights. Therefore, it is mandatory for our members to provide us with this information with each new charter request.

It is important to note that OPES JET is not liable for any issues related to non-compliance with visa or passport regulations during the flight.

We understand the importance of complying with the VWP requirements, and to assist our members, we have implemented a filter that applies to companies enrolled in the waiver program, upon request in the "comment" section of the charter request.

However, it is still mandatory for the member to inform the operator directly through the chat of each passenger's status, and OPES JET will not be accountable for any issues that may arise from non-compliance.

For more information on our policies and procedures regarding the VWP, please do not hesitate to contact us.
